Scope:
This project involves reconstructing Borne Stage Road, from Cross Mountain Trail to the frontage road of IH10, and elevating the roadway out of the 25-year ultimate floodplain. The roadway design includes one 12 ft travel lane in each direction, a 14 ft center turn lane, and 6 ft shoulders. Improvements to the adjacent Leon Creek are also included in the project.
