Scope:
This project is to upgrade the San Antonio River Authority dam to the January 2009 Texas Commission of Environmental Quality Standards for dams and reservoirs. The work consists of regrading the top part of the dam and upgrading the dam plunge pool.
San Antonio River Authority is managing project construction.
