Scope:
This project is phase three of a three‐phase project to alleviate flooding along San Pedro Avenue and in the Alta Vista neighborhood near Mark Twain Middle School. This phase of the project includes construction of an underground drainage system, street reconstruction, and utility relocations.  The project limits are along San Pedro Avenue from Agarita to West Kings Highway and along West Kings Highway to Belknap.
