Scope:
The project will study the feasibility of keeping the four street crossing structures (Parkway Drive, Oak Knoll Drive, E. Horseshoe Bend, and Majestic Drive) in place with High Water Detection Systems, replacing the failed stilling basin, slowing the flow in the channel, and stabilizing the existing channel using bank stabilization techniques with stream restoration components. Offline detention will also be studied.
